FAQs

Frequently asked

Where do you ship?

This site serves the UK — every order ships free within the UK. If you're in Germany, Italy, Spain or France, you'll find the same dryers with local plugs on those Amazon stores (see each product page).

How fast is the High Speed dryer, really?

Its 160,000 RPM brushless motor pushes 65 m/s of airflow — fine hair dries in around five minutes, and most users get a full salon blow-dry in well under 15.

What's your return policy?

30 days, no drama. If the dryer isn't right for you, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Ionic dryer or High Speed dryer — which should I pick?

Pick the High Speed for the fastest, lightest dry and magnetic attachments. Pick the Ionic for the classic AC motor, diffuser and two nozzles at the same price. Both protect hair with ionic technology.
